Around the DLR Oberpfaffenhofen site there are hotels in Oberpfaffenhofen, Weßling and Herrsching.

For the participants of the 6th HELMHOLTZ SUSTAINABILITY SUMMIT on 17 and 18 November 2025
at the DLR site in Oberpfaffenhofen, we have been able to organise limited room contingents in the following hotels.
These rooms can be requested directly from the respective hotels.
We recommend that all participants of SuSu 2025 book their rooms from the contingent as early as possible
or to book your overnight stay in another hotel in the region.
Important information
- Accommodation costs are not included in the participant fee. Some hotels require a valid credit card to guarantee the booking
- We do not provide a transfer bus from the hotels to the DLR site Oberpfaffenhofen in the morning

As registration may not open until mid-September, we would like to point out once again that the room contingents will all expire between 15 - 18 September 2025.
