A general advice
Karlsruhe and the location of the event can be easily reached by train and underground tram. We encourage you to avoid travelling by plane in order to protect the climate.
Arrival by public transport
Campus Süd is centrally located in the centre of Karlsruhe and can easily be reached by public transport.

Arrival by car
Main entrance at Adenauerring/Engesserstraße. Please note that you cannot drive onto the site by car. Due to the construction site situation in Karlsruhe, closures and diversions are possible at short notice.

Arrival by taxi
At Karlsruhe main station - station forecourt you will find taxi ranks at the exit on the left. Please give the driver the address " Engesserstraße 5, 76131 Karlsruhe - KIT Campus Süd. The fare should be around 20 euros for flowing traffic. Taxis are allowed to enter the campus.
Arrival by plane
If you are travelling long distances, several airports are available for your journey to Karlsruhe.
Stuttgart Airport
Take the S-Bahn S2 or S3 in the direction of Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (main station). From there, take the train in the direction of Karlsruhe (departure times can be found in the Deutsche Bahn timetable information).
Continue with the lines of the Karlsruhe public transport system to Campus Süd. Flight connections can be found on the Stuttgart Airport website.
Frankfurt Airport
The train station is located directly at the airport. From there, take the train to Karlsruhe (departure times can be found on the Deutsche Bahn timetable). Continue to Campus Süd with the lines of the Karlsruhe public transport system.

Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport (Baden-Airpark)
From Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport there are bus connections in the direction of Rastatt and Baden-Baden as well as an express bus in the direction of Karlsruhe Central Station. Continue to Campus Süd with the lines of the Karlsruhe public transport system.
